Support for All Older Versions of Internet Explorer Ends January 12

After January 12, 2016, Microsoft will only support Internet Explorer 11 and later.

What this means:Microsoft will no longer be providing security updates for their older browsers.

What this means to you and your company: If you are not using IE 11, your computers will be more vulnerable to security hacks.

Time to panic: No. but you need to upgrade, even if you don’t use the browser because the IE browser brings with it a bunch of software components that are used by the operating system for various purposes.

What if I am running Vista or XP: IE 11 can’t run on these operating systems and we should be discussing a migration strategy to Windows 7 or later.

What should I do: Call The Atteberry Grouptoday at 213.393.5060. We can provide you with a free consultation to determine how to best move your organization to IE 11 with the least amount of effort.

At The Atteberry Group, we will put our experience to work for you at a price that your organization can afford. There are many ways to do IT, but we have seen that the best way makes your business more efficient and does not increase your costs.
